Episode #208 Reflecting with Scott

Happy New Years everyone! 2025 he here and we are motivated to make it count. In this special episode, Scott takes a step back to reflect on the journey of Adjust the Mic—from its creation to the people who have shaped it along the way. He opens up about the evolution of the show, the connections made, the challenges faced, and the personal growth that has come with it.

This episode is different. It’s personal. It’s outside of Scott’s comfort zone (and, honestly, after listening back, he kinda hates it). But sometimes, stepping into discomfort leads to the best stories.

A big thanks to Thad for the gentle but persistent nudges to make this happen.

Scott’s roof needs a little TLC, and Thad’s dealing with some flooding, but all good vibes overall. Grateful to be safe! Vibe Farmer Studio is buzzing with projects from Flagman, Kyle & the 8 Minute Miles, plus some exciting progress on the Vibe Farmer/Lampin Media food forest and sustainable living collabs coming soon. Scott is gaining experience in various gardening projects and loving the health benefits that come with it! The Adjust the Mic Podcast has been a great way to build out our network and meet new people doing a range of projects in our communities. We are super thankful that this platform give us a change to take things we are uncomfortable doing and grow those skills in a way that will benefit us when needed.
